Never a dull moment in PS -- last night's Grand Opening Party in neighboring Cat City was beyond! Almost anyone can buy an old building for the purpose of preservation -- but why not do it with FLAIR -- villains lair flair, to be exact!!!

Who thinks to turn a church into a recording studio? Well, that would be our friends, Jay and Mishell, from , in concert with (see how I did that?) some of their friends from the music industry -- Ron Mesh, Rachel Sheedy & Chad Shlosser.

This new music studio and event space is part of a 7,075 sq./ft. recently decommissioned Presbyterian Church they purchased on almost 2 acres of land, for the purposes of preserving the beautiful circa 1960 mid-century modern structure. Check out these photos — the really good ones taken by

Well so long 2022, and Hello 2023! With the season of giving upon us, what better time to highlight some good causes we've been involved with. In partnership with our friends , we recently auctioned a stay to benefit the . The Conservancy's 9th Annual Fundraising Gala was their most successful event to date, and we were thrilled to be a part of it! Over $73,000 was raised to support efforts to protect and conserve open space and provide opportunities for people in our communities to be able to continue to enjoy unspoiled nature — as seen in this photo of the Sky Ranch Estates Conservation Easement in Corona. And thank you, for handling all the logistics and making the process easy for us! Super excited to welcome our auction winner for their stay at PS Swanky next year! 🌳🌳

Silver Mylar on Marshmallow — delicious! For wallpaper in the Pop Art Room we ultimately decided on Alvorada, designed by which — in my brain — took the Pop Art Room design in the direction of an Andy Warhol Silver Factory look.

The Pop Art Room patio had some serious styling and access issues. Just a small glimpse of the new space. My personal fav in this pic of the patio is the Tab pillow — and the disco stripe. Swipe for the before which was a tad less inviting!
