⛴️My Celebrity Cruise group of 21 returned earlier this month. They flew into Barcelona 3 days before the cruise to enjoy this beautiful city and then set sail for 8 nights exploring Rome, Naples, Sicily, Ephesus, Chania, and Athens.

The cruise was a repositioning itinerary so it began in Barcelona, but ended in Athens. 19 of the guests stayed 2 nights in Athens before returning to the States. One of the couples continued on the same ship for an 11 night best of Greece itinerary.

The group was led by my brother and sister-in-law. Many of the guests are dance students of their company, Goggin Ballroom Dancing. A few of the students invited some of their friends.

I was able to take care of the behind the scenes part of a group cruise -- working with guests to book the right stateroom, modifying reservations for a cost savings, calling Celebrity for special requests, answering questions, sending tips for travel, and more.

They had a wonderful time together exploring Europe, eating wonderful meals, dancing, and relaxing. Some of their favorite experiences:

"In Barcelona, we took a train to Monserrat. It had the cable car to get up to the Basilica, monastery and museum. It is a beautiful view. Also, we went to Park Guell in Barcelona. Our favorite ports were Naples and Ephesus. Italy is a beautiful country. Touring Pompeii was incredible."

One guest shared:

"We had a wonderful trip. Thank you for all your help. Karen and Dave are wonderful help on these trips. Looking out for everyone yet giving everyone space to do their own thing. We had a great time."
