Before Clients Leave Home

A clean bill of health – no temperature, dry cough or other Covid symptoms
If you have a temperature or have had exposure to Covid 19 in the past 14 days, stay home
Facemasks are required throughout on airplanes, transfers, in hotels, restaurants etc., – carry enough stock
Bring hand sanitizer with 70% alcohol in small containers.

TSA is allowing one liquid hand sanitizer container up to 12 ounces per passenger in carry-on bags until further notice. Passengers can expect that these containers larger than the standard allowance of 3.4 ounces of liquids permitted through a checkpoint will need to be screened separately, which will add some time to their checkpoint screening experience. Please keep in mind that all other liquids, gels and aerosols brought to a checkpoint continue to be allowed at the limit of 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters carried in a one quart-size bag.
Food for the duration of your trip as some airports will not have vendors open and airlines may vary on food service
Bring an additional 30 – 60 day supply of medicine
Bring important contact numbers including doctor, pharmacist, travel advisor
Refillable bottled water container to fill post security
Register with Government Travel Agencies

During Your Trip

Expect flight delays and changes. Be prepared to leave at any time during a 24 hour period as schedule changes are more frequent than in the past.
Expect temperature checks and health surveys
Comply with social distancing measures and be prepared for some legs of your journey to be more or less stringent than what you’re used to.
Your health is your responsibility so don’t feel shy about asking people to respect your boundaries, and be sure to respect theirs.
Wash your hands often and for at least 20 seconds
Don’t touch your face
Use sanitized hand wipes with alcohol to clean surfaces

First-aid kit for your pet
A list of vets and emergency vet hospitals along your route and near your destination
