Traveler, coffee-snob, sunset chaser, mom, wife, chef and yogi… these are only a few things that best describe Laura Cotton. As a knowledgable compassionate leader in her community, she lives her life as an

example of grace in motion. Laura’s zest for life will be undeniable as she guides you deeper into your own practice. Laughter, truth and bliss are among the many wonderful experiences that infuse her teachings. Laura’s years of experience are a source of grounding for those who feel called to join her on the mat. Her own personal practice spans a decade and inspires her while leading public yoga class. Laura also leads large corporate events, teaches internationally, has taught at omTownYogi’s two major events (Yoga @ the Museum & Milwaukee Global Mala) for groups as large as 200+ students. Laura is ‘Yoga Alliance’ Certified and serves as an advisory board member for a Milwaukee non-profit (omtownyogis.org). She finds great success in helping others to grow on and off their mats. She is a cohesive force in bringing all levels of student, teacher and studio together to become a larger dedicated community that serves all.
