I loved this castle! Neuschwanstein Castle, located in Bavaria, Germany. It was built in the 19th century, specifically between 1869 and 1886, commissioned by King Ludwig II of Bavaria. Although designed in the Romanesque Revival style, it was constructed relatively recently compared to many medieval European castles, making it a romanticized version of older Gothic architecture rather than a fortress with medieval origins.

Its fairy-tale appearance has made it famous worldwide, and it served as an inspiration for Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle
