Martin Marketing's Shipping and Receiving Department transformed ... It's a new space with added technology, which became vital for a smooth operation.

Courtney Thomas is the "lead" for this team managing the logistics of the complex work flow. Lilly Hrynewycz, a junior at the local Northridge High School, is taking part in a work base learning program. David Bruce pictured here, ensures without question correct items are received, stored and shipped daily and Kayla Catt started a couple weeks ago is gaining experience, being trained and has fit in nicely! Thanks for making a difference.. 💪🏼

Here's Marlene Miller, Operations Manager, demonstrating the hat heat press. 2024 saw an increase in the use of transfers and patches. Our workers must take great caution to prevent burns as they adjust heat controls applied on top or bottom accordingly. Amazing finished product!

It's Hispanic Heritage Month. We asked our employee, Aiden Cornell, Web Orders and Sales Assistant, to share what it means to him. He shared:

"Hispanic heritage month means a lot to me and my family. It makes me so happy to be able to see people from my culture shape their lives and make names for themselves where they otherwise wouldn't be able to. I am proud of my culture and heritage, My father came from nothing, living in a small house on the outskirts of mexico city. My grandparents provided for him and his siblings to the best of their ability. When he turned 18 he came to the United states in hopes of starting a new chapter. Growing up he always made sure me and my siblings were well taken care of and provided for. He taught us respect, discipline, and how to work hard for the chance of a better life. This always stuck with me, the last thing I wanted to happen was to let my father down. While in high school I had started working at Martin Marketing, it didn't take long for me to rise up and get to where I am now. When I had told my father about how well I was doing he was beyond proud. Martin Marketing took me in and taught me the ropes of the sales world and has given me the opportunity to represent myself and my heritage with honor. I will continue to represent my people to the best of my ability and I thank you for allowing me to share me and my fathers story."
