I have some guests having fun in the sun in the Caribbean and I have other guests doing the polar opposite (pun intended) in Nagano Japan. Your best chances of seeing these cute snow monkeys is by getting to Snow Monkey Park early. They followed my instructions and they’re seeing hundreds of them out there right now! Mission accomplished!

I’ve had to scrape my car windows every morning for I don’t know how long. Getting pictures like these from my clients gives me mixed emotions. I’m totally happy for them. They had a great time! But, I’m definitely a little jelly! If you’re tired of scraping your windows too, have me send you somewhere!

It’s been a minute (as the kids say) since my last adventure. Well, this next one is going to be a doozy! I’ll be traveling to Cambodia and Vietnam, sailing on Avalon Waterways’ ship the Saigon. This ship will sail along the Mekong River between Phnom Penh Cambodia and Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. Avalon was recently voted Best River Cruise Line in the industry! I’m pretty darn pumped! Here’s a few pics of the ship and what I’ll see and experience.

Just planned a milestone anniversary trip for a repeat guest of mine. They’re from the central part of the country and have never really explored New England (my backyard). I put together a little Vermont/New Hampshire/Maine sampler for them. I put together a similar itinerary for another one of my guests (now friends) and even got to meet up with them for breakfast at the infamous Polly’s Pancake Parlor. I will pretty much make anyone doing one of my samplers go there for breakfast at least one of the mornings. Here’s a little visual of what they’ll experience during their getaway.

6 SPOTS REMAIN!!!! For this post, I’m using photos taken by my friend and co-agent Callie. We experienced (and so will you) what you’re seeing in the attached photos.

If an African Safari is on your bucket list, then you really need to read this! Back in 2023 I was given the opportunity to experience an African Safari with Oltumure Tours, a local to Tanzania tour operator. I’ve obviously done a lot of traveling and this safari was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. So many times during this adventure, I was questioning whether or not it was real. What I saw were things like you’d see in a movie or a National Geographic documentary.

Now I get to share this experience with YOU!! To most, Africa is an intimidating destination. It’s so far away and the logistics are very tough to work through. Well, myself and Oltumure Tours are taking care of everything (except the distance part. It’s still pretty far away). Once you land in Kilimanjaro, you’ll be picked up and taken to your first hotel. From there, all transportation, lodging, meals and daily safaris are included. After our journey is over, you’ll be brought back to the airport and you’ll be on your way home.

Below is a brief summary of our 6/28-7/6 adventure. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. This is a bucket list trip!

6/28-6/29-Gran Melia Arusha. Meet and greet at the airport with transportation to the hotel. Dinner is included with no activities this day. We need you to rest up for the days ahead.

6/29-6/30-Tarangire Safari Lodge. After the included breakfast, we head to Tarangire. National Park, known for its boabab trees, Masai giraffes, lions and it’s also known as the Garden of Elephants. A picnic lunch is included and so is dinner at the lodge.

6/30-7/3-Into Wild Africa Luxury Tented Safari Camp. This is “glamping” at its finest! This magical property is located INSIDE Serengeti National Park! You will be in your own furnished tent, with electricity and private bathroom. It’s pretty much a canvas cabin. Words cannot describe how awesome this place is and obviously it’s location. During this leg of the trip, we will explore the Serengeti and seek out the “Big Five”, elephants, buffalos, rhinos, lions and leopards. I promise you this, seeing these animals in the wild is a totally different experience than seeing them at the zoo! All meals are included.

7/3-7/5-Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge. Early early in the morning on the 3rd, we have our only optional excursion that’s not included in the package. That happens to be a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. This is an absolutely must do experience! It feels like you’re floating on a cloud. Now I’ve never actually floated on a cloud before, but I have a feeling this excursion is what it feels like. After being in the air for about 45 minutes or so, the balloon will land in the Serengeti and they will have an outdoor English breakfast waiting for us. For those not doing the hot air balloon, there will be a sunrise game drive inside the Serengeti. After that, we make our way to the Ngorongoro Crater. This leg of the trip will include a safari inside the crater in one of our private safari vehicles and one day we get to do a walking safari!! I’m excited about that!

7/5-7/6-Arusha Serena Hotel Resort and Spa. After the safari in the morning, we head back to Arusha for one more overnight before our adventure comes to an end. Transportation will be provided from the resort to the airport on the 6th.

So how much does this cost? $4,200 per person based on double occupancy. This includes all ground transportation (I have 4 safari vehicles lined up for our group only), lodging, meals and our own private guides.

What’s not included-Flights, gratuities, hot air balloon ($550/person) and adult beverages. You do have the option of adding a pre-night stay at the Gran Melia on 6/27 for $250/person. That does include the cost of airport transportation. I’ve compared a comparable itinerary with a big box tour company and theirs was coming in at just under $10,000/person. Because I’m working with a local to Tanzania company, the savings is HUGE!! If you have any questions (and you will), reach out to me anytime!! 1(508)326-8423

As the late great “the old man” once said in A Christmas Story, “It’s a major award!!”. The owners of Exclusive Travel Partners celebrated my achievement of being “officially awesome” (says so on the top of the trophy). They also thought it was pretty cool that I broke a million in sales for 2024! Thank you guys!!

Wowza to 2024!! It was quite the ride! I had the privilege of planning 110 vacations, across 6 continents and I don’t even know how many countries (a lot). Thanks to all of YOU for trusting me with your trip planning. I know these are special moments and I do my best to give you the best experience possible. This year I beat a couple of personal sales records. I’m so grateful to all of you.

I also got to go on some pretty amazing trips myself! I had a couple of ventures across the pond to multiple countries in Europe. I got to visit my 50th state, Alaska (thank you Lesley and Tim). Mexico, Orlando, Destin, Chicago and probably a few others that I’m not thinking of off the top of my head were some other trips in my 2024 list of adventures.

Here’s a visual of what’s in store (so far) for 2025…

Your friendly neighborhood travel agent is en fuego!! The last couple of months have been a blast! I’ve planned some pretty kick butt vacations the last couple of weeks. Here’s a little visual of what my guests will see and experience. From Alaska to Argentina, Christmas markets, castles (one of my guests is staying in one), bison, beaches, peaks, valleys and craters, my guests will be checking off some bucket list destinations. I can plan epic adventures all over the world! Let’s keep it going! Where can I send YOU?!??!

Once again I was this past week’s top salesperson! Thanks for keeping me busy! Keep it coming!! I’m on pace to break a personal record for sales in a year. The last 5 weeks have been amazing. Here’s a visual of all the vacations I’ve planned in that small window of time. Mad props to anyone that can name all the destinations! I want to close out the year strong, so where can I send you?!?!
