We want to be as transparent as we can and to ensure that any questions or concerns are answered prior to you making the reservation. This is a long post please read and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
Bonnies Tours LLC Terms and Conditions 2025
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions listed in this document.
Payment Information
1. We accept payment via credit card, check, money order or over the phone.
2. Deposit is due at the time of booking (Deposit is Non-Refundable).
3. Upon submitting your reservation, you must provide the following information, in writing, for ALL travelers in your party; their legal name, current address, contact cell phone, an email address, and emergency contact information. The reservation cannot be finalized until all information has been received. The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.
4. Any trip where the total amount is $150.00 or under must be paid in full at the time of reservation. There is no refund for these trips.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]. If you have not received an email response within one week then you are to call 740-708-9701 to ensure receipt of notice to cancel.
2. A refund minus the deposit will be given if you cancel any time before 91 days of the trip departure date.
3. There is no refund on your reservation if you cancel between 90 days and the trip departure date. If you cancel you are responsible to sell your seat in order to receive any reimbursement of the remaining balance.
4. Bonnies Tours LLC also reserves the right to cancel a tour as it deems necessary. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.
5. In the event that Bonnies Tours LLC cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of cancelation.
Delays, Breakdowns, Road Conditions, Weather, and other
Bonnies Tours LLC is not liable for delays, breakdowns, road conditions, weather, and any other conditions that are not controllable by man. Our arrival and departure times are estimated and subject to change due to traffic flow and conditions.
Travel Insurance
Traveler’s insurance is highly recommended. Bonnies Tours LLC do not offer travel insurance. It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain coverage.
Passports
Valid passports are required for travel to some destinations. It is your responsibility to obtain all proper documentation to travel. Bonnies Tours LLC does not provide advice on Passports.
Baggage
1. Baggage and personal effects are at the owner's risk throughout the travel program.
2. Bonnies Tours LLC cannot be held liable for items left on the coach bus. Please inspect the vehicle prior to dismissal.
Promotional Photography
1. Bonnies Tours LLC reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes.
2. By booking a reservation with Bonnies Tours LLC, travelers agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs.
3. Travelers who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves by email to [email protected] at the time that the reservation is made.
Limits on Responsibility
1. Bonnies Tours LLC, its volunteers, directors and assigns, do not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. Bonnies Tours LLC purchases transportation, hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Bonnies Tours LLC is not liable for any negligent or willful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.
2. Bonnies Tours LLC acts solely as an agent for the client with respect to all transportation, hotel and other tour arrangements. In that capacity, Bonnies Tours LLC exercises all reasonable care possible to ensure the traveler's safety and satisfaction.
3. Bonnies Tours LLC neither assumes nor bears any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay in arrival or departure times, or irregularity arising in connection with the services of any automobile, motor coach, or other conveyance, or the actions of any third-party involved in carrying the traveler or in affecting these tours.
4. Bonnies Tours LLC is not responsible for force majeure events (unforeseen events like natural disasters or government actions), damages, additional expenses, or any other losses. All such losses must be borne by the traveler.
Risks
There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel of the type involved here. These include, but are not limited to, hiking, walking, climbing, injuries and motion sickness, dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from locations. The traveler assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.
Travelers Behavior:
1. Bonnies Tours LLC reserves the right to accept or decline anyone on a trip, remove from the trip, at his or her sole expense, anyone whose behavior is disruptive to the driver or other travelers on the trip.
2. The following activities and/or items are not allowed on of any coach bus: va**ng, smoking or chewing to***co, alcohol/and or consumption, illegal drugs, any and all criminal activity, pornographic materials or acts, no objects defined as (or intended to be used as) a weapon, no physical or sexual contact with drivers or other travelers, no use of obscene, profane, or indecent language, no solicitation, do not open windows, and shirt/shoes must be worn at all times.

Hotel Accommodation
In addition to the Hotel Terms and Conditions, Bonnies Tours LLC will not accept any responsibility for mistakes or errors in the operation of any hotel. It is up to the traveler to ensure the correct arrival and departure information and all responsibilities of the traveler residing at any hotel. You acknowledge and agree that the hotel owner (as such term is defined in the hotel’s Terms and Conditions) shall be responsible for the operation of any hotel.
