What are your thoughts on arriving at a hotel in New Jersey on Saturday morning, Spend the entire day in NYC, come back to the hotel and have a relaxing night. Sunday morning check out of the hotel then spend a few more hours in NYC before departing to Chillicothe. There are several different types of transportation between New Jersey and NYC. This would keep costs lower and allow you to have more time to explore NYC.
We could leave at midnight on Friday and arrive at the hotel on Saturday morning. Stay Saturday evening. Depart Sunday afternoon at 4pm. Arrive back in Chillicothe around 5am.

One of the privileges that we have in America is the right to post honest reviews on services or products that we have received. One of the purposes of this right is to keep people and businesses honest in their advertising and delivery of services or products.

I have been provided documentation from several people and made aware that there are statements being published on several public forums like the Better Business Bureau, PayPal and Facebook that contain statements about me personally and my business Bonnies Tours LLC that are false. If you have posted or shared any statements on a public forum site please remove them immediately.

Defamation of character against a business occurs when a false statement is communicated to a third party and harms the business's reputation. This can be done in a variety of ways, including:
Posting false reviews on consumer review websites
Posting false complaints on social media
Posting false reports on professional networking websites
Making false statements about a company's financial solvency
Stating that a business was founded through illegal means
Defamation can be made in writing (libel) or orally (slander). In legal terms, "published" means the statement was communicated to a third party, whether verbally, in writing, or online.
Businesses can file a defamation claim to seek justice, get the defamation to stop, and receive compensation. However, the litigation process can be complex, so it's likely that legal help will be needed.

I have answered every post, message and phone calls. I have explained that what has happened this month was isolated and is not reflective of my business practices or history. Since the same people who have made public how they feel numerous times are continuing to reply to the public with the same negative comments beginning tomorrow I will delete those post. I also want to say that there are plenty of other travel agencies to help you with your travel requests. Anytime we are unhappy with the service that we receive it would be better use of our time to use one of them rather than continuing to post negatively posts.
