We have the bus schedule. Buses #1, #2, and #3 will depart at 8pm depart NYC at 10pm.
Buses #4, and #5 wiil depart at 8:30pm Depart NYC at 10:30pm.

Please arrive at the Lowes parking lot (park in front close the highway away from the store) 30 minutes before you depart.
I am excited to meet each of you tomorrow night. We are going to have an amazing trip!

I had a great call with one of the owners of the bus company yesterday. Her name is Stacia. Both of us discussed things that we can do to provide everyone with a memorable experience. I am fully confident in Columbus Coach and moving forward I know my business will provide outstanding service to our customers. I appreciate each person who took the time to share their valid concerns and offer solutions. This experience does not reflect the intention of either business. With every concern addressed for example with large groups we will stagger departure times, we will choose larger facilities for our rest stops, we will provide a safe comfortable ride and we will provide excellent communication to everyone. I will be removing all posts related to this past weekend. There are many bus companies and travel agencies in our area that if we don't get the service we expect then we don't have to use them again. I do appreciate the support from you with your continued business. Thank you

For transparency... From before my first trip God impressed on my heart to do this business for the people and not to be about how much money that I can make. If you research you will see that my ticket prices are lower than anyone else. There are also different circumstances on many of my trips that not every person riding on the bus has paid for a ticket. I know it is easy to just do the numbers to try and figure what profit everyone thinks that I am making. I always post the name of the bus company that I am using on each trip. Anyone can look up their information and call them for a quote to see what I am paying them. I will answer any question that is asked about my business. I am responsible for choosing the bus companies and I do take responsibility for those choices good or bad. I am responsible to try and provide a memorable experience to my customers from the inquiries before reservation until they get back in their vehicles at the end of the trip. What is most important to me from 2011 until God decides that this is not something that I should be doing is to be an example of Christ in all that I do. I am doing my best to correct the things that have happened and to ensure that it does not happen again. Thank you ALL for each and every comment, message and phone calls. My company will be a better company because of this. I do asked if we can stop the comments between each other. If you disagree with a statement you do not have to voice it. I think everything has been made very clear on these numerous comments good and bad. We are blessed to be able to have these conversations in our country. These trips are a addition to our lives. They are not what is important. Hug your family and tell them that you love them especially in this very special and stressful time of the year. God Bless each of you.

Another successful trip with Bonnie’s Tours. We just returned from New York. We had 5 buses that went all together. I was one of the bus coordinators along with Jill Osborne for bus 3 that went. Update There have been changes requiring us to move some people to another bus. Your bus Coordinator will contact you next week with your bus number and seat number....I have sent an email to all those going to NYC December 13-15, 2024.
