Pocono BLACK BEAR Lodge 4bed/2bath home nestled on a quiet country road, close to most major attractions. Peaceful escape! We take pride in making our guests feel at home!

This cozy country ranch is perfect for families, small gatherings or a quiet romantic getaway! Decorated with themes representing life in the mountains, every room is fun, comfy and relaxing! We have 2 TV's and electronic games to occupy kids during 'down time', board games. activity books and so much more!~~~Want to celebrate a holiday in the mountains? We will decorate and supply all the necess

ities for a memorable celebration!~~~ There is no better memory than a Thanksgiving that really is over the river and through the woods, or a true white Christmas! We also offer personalized services such as dinners prepared (when available), stocking with necessary food before arriving, preparing for little children with port-a-cribs, games and (sanitized) toys. Have special requests? No problem, we are available to assist in any way to make your stay as relaxing and worry free as possible! Our vacation home is a ground level ranch, making it more accessible for a wheelchair if needed. There is a king sized bed in one room, 2 twin beds in another, and a twin with a trundle in the 3rd. There is a spare room off the kitchen that can also sleep 1. We have 2 cots and 1 queen elevated blow-up mattress, all with linens provided. Our kitchen is stocked with all the necessities a chef requires, including fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot, (with supply for three 12 cup pots of coffee, creamer and sugar) tea pot, (with handful of tea bags) toaster, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils...even your basic spices! For added fun, a pop corn maker (with kernels)!Discounts and free tickets (seasonal) for local shops and activities are provided to keep costs down and fun levels up while exploring the Poconos! We provide all bedding and towels. The spacious living room has an almost all glass wall that overlooks the wooded back yard. You're sure to see a variety of the incredible wildlife that cohabitate in our region. We have seen everything from black squirrels to black bears, the most majestic bucks, raccoons, bobcats, and yes...even the occasional SKUNK! It is on a lightly traveled country road, yet very quiet and peaceful! We are available most of the time to assist you in any way to make your stay enjoyable. If there is anything you or your family/group will need during your stay, we will do all we can to accommodate you! We look forward to the opportunity to provide memories in the mountains that will last a lifetime, and are sure you will want to return to Pocono BLACK BEAR Lodge!
