We recently conducted a site visit to our grantee Civic Works to check in on the Housing Upgrades to Benefit Seniors program, which helps older homeowners remain in their homes by providing modifications, repairs, and supportive services.

During the site visit, our team had the opportunity to observe the work of Civic Works’ Construction Apprenticeship program, which pairs students with experienced tradespeople to provide these renovations, while also providing valuable on-the-job learning for the students.
