ERI was established in 1993 and has offices in Hawaii and Washington State. We have more than 25 years of experience in designing, building, inspecting, and supporting standards compliance for all types of courses and aerial adventure attractions. It is our goal to facilitate the creation of impactful guest and participant experiences, as well as meet the objectives of owners, managers, and invest
ors. ERi takes our clients from the design phase through to operation. This includes delivery of comprehensive ongoing operations support, and services such as inspections, training, and operation review/audits. ERi’s designs are developed with functionality, efficiency, and beauty in mind. It is our goal that each of our projects enhances the appreciation and sense of place for each site. We invest the time needed to understand and identify needs in the moment, and also throughout the lifespan of an operation. ERi is a Founding Member company of The Alliance Collaborative (“The Alliance”), a non-profit dedicated to rethinking the challenge course and aerial adventure industry by promoting and enabling collaboration amongst individuals, organizations, and companies. As an Accredited Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), ERi undergoes an extensive peer review process to ensure adherence to the world’s most recognized standard specific to the challenge course and aerial adventure industry. ERi is also well-versed with the ASTM International F24 body of standards for Amusement Rides and Devices, and ERi is an active, participatory Organizational Member within ASTM International. The ERi team has been responsible for products and projects that have successfully served guests numbering in multiples of millions. We seek out the right projects and partners to keep both our company and our industry growing.
