Traveling to a different country always comes with experiencing a different culture! There are a few things you need to know before packing your bags and getting on the flight to Chile.
1. Visitors that are American citizens don't require a Visa. All you need is a passport!
2. Be prepared to eat late! Dinner is Chile is often served after 8 pm because lunch is usually about 2:30 pm.
3. The weather in Chile can have extreme variations. Chile homes snow covered mountains and deserts, so pack accordingly for each destination!
4. While the country speaks Spanish, Chile has a unique dialect that is different from the Spanish taught in high school.
5. The currency used in Chile is The Chilean Peso. $1 USD exchanges to about 940 Chilean Pesos.

At the mention of Easter Island, almost everyone thinks of the famous statues depicting large heads. These statues are called moai, meaning statue. The mystery surrounding these statues is well-known.
To reach the island, visitors must take a five and a half hour flight from Santiago. There is only one flight in and out everyday. Even though visitors are allowed, this island remains the 5th most remote place in the entire world.

Chilean food stems from a combination of traditional Spanish food, Chilean indigenous culture, and local ingredients. It is also influenced by German, Italian, and French cuisine. While fairly simple, Chilean food heavily features beef, seafood, fruit, and vegetables. And, contrary to the name, Chilean food is not usually overly spicy!

Besides its 999 happy haunts, there are loads of Easter eggs hidden outside and inside the Haunted Mansion! As you weave through the Haunted Mansion queue, pay close attention. The names on the tombstones are those of Imagineers! Some even worked on the build of the attraction itself! Inside the ride, there is a hidden Mickey Mouse. Do you know where? Once you exit the ride, don't run off because there is even a pet cemetery in the back.

Unsure about what to put in your day bag for Disney? Don't panic! We can put you at peace. We recommend a few necessary items! Always pack your rain gear. We recommend the poncho. They're lightweight and don't take up much space in your pack. Consider taking a powerpack so you never run out of battery! Some good items also include sunscreen, a water bottle, IDs/credit cards, and bug spray. However, the most important items are your magic band and mobile app! The magic band gets you into the park, onto rides, and adds your pictures to your app. Want to use our Apple watch instead? Just sync your watch through the app, and you're good to go!
