The upstairs of our house is well decorated, equipped and comfortable...but downstairs is our bonus area for kids or adults. Sit and read, watch TV, play some family games. It's a place for kids to be "outside" to run around without worrying about them. Truly an extention of the house!

If housekeeping also did here what we do to get things ready for guests, cleaning charges would probably double! Put things away after using them, turn off the propane gas or the next people will have none. Cover the grill when it's not in use.

Housekeeping only cleans upstairs. It's up to guests to use everything downstairs responsibly.
We ask you to turn off propane if you use the gas grill and cover the grill before you leave.
We're heading into full peak season!

And the sun comes out and drives out all the rain... From our back deck, enjoying a cup of coffee. The bay is blue, the Gulf is between the pastel beach houses, sky is perfect and a nice breeze.

August has a few openings and Fall is my favorite time on the peninsula.

Fort Morgan celebrated Mardi Gras with a party at the Tiki Chop House last night!

This hang out space under the house is one of the many bonus features we have. There are games including air hockey and ping pong, corn hole, Connect Four plus lots of others as well as comfortable seating conversation area with Roku TV, gas and charcoal grills and picnic table. It's a perfect family area or let the kids have their own space down here. All great after a day at the beach, which is all of a 3 minute walk to the access. Calendar for 2024 is open!
