If housekeeping also did here what we do to get things ready for guests, cleaning charges would probably double! Put things away after using them, turn off the propane gas or the next people will have none. Cover the grill when it's not in use.
Please keep this neat when staying at KEYS TO THE BEACH because housekeeping doesn't include downstairs. Each guest needs to be respectful for the next one.

And the sun comes out and drives out all the rain... From our back deck, enjoying a cup of coffee. The bay is blue, the Gulf is between the pastel beach houses, sky is perfect and a nice breeze.
August has a few openings and Fall is my favorite time on the peninsula.
