Super proud of my client Jon! He was going through a difficult time and wanted to really focus on himself and his health so he can show up as his best self.
He was able to drop 6% body fat. Losing 9 pounds of fat and gaining 10 pounds of muscle. Looking much leaner, and stronger. Even though he actually added weight on the scale. Which isn’t easy to do in 6 weeks 😳
It was an honor to work with him and seeing him progress is inspiring!! The best is yet to come 💯✨

I can’t say enough about how fun it was to work with !! She came in every day ready a bright attitude and ready to work.
She’d always ran and worked out but didn’t know too much about strength training and how to stay consistent. However she had so much fun doing it and got so consistent it bugged her to be inconsistent 😳
Along the way she dropped 3.6% body fat, added 9lbs in muscle and dropped 3lbs in fat.

When things get harder it doesn’t mean it’s time to quit. It’s time to dig deeper and remember your why so you can figure out a way to keep moving forward. The struggle is meant to make you into your highest self.
Extremely proud of and his progression. He’s down 8% in a body fat and 3% in overall weight.

Most of all he’s getting stronger, improved his vitals and able to handle demanding tasks pain free! Plus he’s been getting it done “sustainably and enjoyably”
