It was a fun weekend at Carolina Balloon Festival! We didn’t get to fly because the upper winds were quick, but we did get inflate twice, had an engagement proposal and she said yes! Congratulations to the happy couple! And of course we got to hang out with some great friends!

We are headed to the Carolina Balloonfest in a couple weeks. The funny part about the post they put up is the pumpkin balloon we once owned.

Friday evening @ NJ Festival of Ballooning - beautiful weather (okay, it was a bit hot out 😆) great flight, great passengers - what more can you ask for? Now time for bed so we can rest up for day 2!

We spent the day helping out with the annual inspection of our balloons. We are good to go for another year! Nathaniel got a day of hands on experience, learning what it takes to do an inspection.

Last night we got the honor of flying the Flighthouse balloon. Beautiful night for a flight. Thanks to my crew for all their help last night.

Had a great flight tonight up in Bucks County. Landed less then a mile from our launch site. Great passengers. A big thanks to Endless Mountains Hot Air Balloons for having us over to fly with them.

We had a great, but crazy flight tonight - definitely the definition of “light & variable” winds! We flew for 1.5 hours and landed at an Amish farm. We packed up in record time thanks to all the extra help! 😄

It was a busy weekend for CCF! We attended the Chester County Balloon Festival and then concluded our weekend with a Memorial inflation on Sunday evening in honor of those who died during the attacks on 9/11. Last night we had a great flight. It included an engagement before we took off. I want to thank Scott for letting us come fly with him in Bucks County since we could not fly in Chester County. Congratulations to Ben and Jennifer on your engagement ! They brought along an awesome photographer !!!
