WHERE EAGLES DARE! So the Eagles Nest was closed due to recent heavy snowfall (seldom this time of year to get so much they have to close more than a day or two) - so after visiting beautiful Salzburg this morning, I took my group to the Feuerkogel Seilbahn in the Salzkammergut lake district - the cable car used in the Clint Eastwood film, Where Eagles Dare.
