In Zambia, we opened our first girls' home, welcoming six girls who are thriving, with plans to welcome six more in January.

In Baja California, our first overnight summer camps, over 30 building projects, and numerous local events have impacted thousands of lives.

California: Coaching for Change

Our coaching program for at-risk students is growing stronger! With a new director, four new coaches, and plans for expansion, we're providing guidance and support to more students in need.

Students are learning how to be healthy in all aspects of life—socially, mentally, physically, and directionally—empowering them to thrive in every way.💼📚

Our first-ever overnight summer camps in Baja California were nothing short of life-changing! 🌞

Local children and teens, some traveling up to 200 miles, were able to attend and experience a camp that will stay with them forever.

These kids are the future, and we’re so thankful to have been part of their journey! 🙏

🍂 Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂

As we gather around the table, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to YOU. Thanks to your incredible support, 2024 has been our most successful year ever! 🙏

Here’s what we’ve achieved together:

🌍 Zambia: We completed our first girls' home, welcoming six amazing girls who are thriving! And in January, we’ll welcome six more thanks to the overwhelming success of the program.

🌟 Baja California: Our first-ever overnight summer camps were life-changing for local children & teens – some traveling over 200 miles to attend!

💪 Volunteers & Staff: Nearly 900 volunteers and staff joined us, contributing almost 5,000 nights of service.

🔨 Building Projects: Over 30 projects were completed, including schools, youth cabins, homes for families in need, solar & water systems, and more, impacting thousands.

📚 California: Our coaching program for at-risk students is flourishing, with new leadership and plans to expand to more sites!

To everyone who has volunteered, donated, or supported our mission – THANK YOU. 💖 If you haven’t joined us yet, now’s the time!

It’s been an exciting week at the Hope Center!

Jiu-Jitsu Gym: We got a glimpse of the new jiu-jitsu gym, currently set up in our storage room while we search for a permanent location.

Cabin Progress: Our men’s crew, visiting for the Baja 1000, built another cabin—bringing us to nine out of the first ten! Want to help us finish the final cabin? Visit uReach.Global/CampHope.

Save Hus Hall Project: The Save Hus Hall project is underway, with the first concrete poured for the extension. Once completed, we’ll replace the temporary vinyl roof with permanent metal roofing. Learn more at uReach.Global/SaveHusHall.

As we finalize Phase 1 of the Hope Center and Camp Hope, we’re entering Phase 2 at an incredible pace.

This year, we anticipate hosting over a thousand volunteers and campers, along with various conferences, community events, and retreats.

Looking around, we see a remarkable group effort at play—driven by local craftsmen, thousands of volunteer hours, and countless small to medium-sized gifts from people who believe in this community.

We are deeply grateful. But there’s more to be done. 60% of teenagers still drop out of school. 20,000 families need modest homes. Countless children need protection from harm. We need you.

Together, we can make a difference. We’re saving a place for you...

A huge thanks to the Rotary Club of Citrus Heights for their support of Over The Edge!

We had an incredible weekend going Over The Edge!

Our participants were brave, conquering their fear of heights to descend 170 feet down the side of the building.

We just wanted to say thank you again to all of our incredible sponsors for their support in helping students reach their potential 🙌✨️

There are too many people to thank, but a few thanks are owed.

Diane Ebbitt of Citrus Heights Rotary was our top booster and fundraiser. She's a force of nature. (She the one rappelling in the butterfly wings!)

Our staff and board were amazing. Seriously, amazing! (Check out Culture and Crumb, who catered everything for us—amazing!)

Robi Quick of Robi Quick Entertainment, thanks for your tireless work. If you need an MC or charity auctioneer, you can't do better than Robi.

But the MVP of the Over the Edge universe is Nicki Impastato —this was serious superhero status despite some very real kryptonite. I could go on, but just wow.

To everyone else that raised money, came out in support of this, we cant say thanks enough. And to KCRA NBC3 and ABC10, thanks for the news coverage!
