It's the PERSONAL MOTIVATION for ME‼️I got TIRED of feeling TIRED 😫 No energy 😪 to do the FUN things I enjoyed the most‼️I decided to take CONTROL back over my HEALTH‼️I created my home gym & went at it 💪🏽 It wasn't easy at the beginning, but GOD ⬆️ I stayed DETERMINED, MOTIVATED, and PASSIONATE about reaching my goals‼️I altered my eating habits, take my gummies daily, & took control over my blood pressure ✨️ My last reading was 110/74...praise GOD 🙌🏾 This ⬇️ is what 12 pounds down feels like 😍 This chapter is just the beginning...
