Jennifer has a background in hospitality and customer service, including 18 years as the former Group Sales Manager at the Buena Vista Suites Orlando. We had the opportunity to attend the CSTO Graduation during the SYTA: Student and Youth Travel Association Annual Conference in New York City this past weekend and received our plaque. Stay Cool! 🧊🧊

As Chicago heats up, the otters are always cool! 🦦🧊

No matter the temperature, the sea otters interact with ice enrichment throughout the year. Between shrimp and clams frozen in ice treats and foraging through ice piles in their habitat, ice enrichment keeps the otters' minds and bodies
active.

Additionally, ice is more of an interactive treat for the sea otters than a source of hydration because they get all the water they need from their food.

Avelo Airlines just added new routes and hubs, including Lakeland/Orlando, Wilmington DE/Philadelphia and Boston/Manchester. Flights start this fall.✈️✈️

Good news for our larger groups looking to fly! Avelo is a great partner to charter flights, starting at 147 passengers.

Avelo Airlines first took to the skies in 2021 and today has over 50 active destinations, utilizing smaller airports that are easier to navigate and closer to home and your destination.

Southwest Airlines recently announced they will be moving away from their open seating policy to make way for premium seating, and introducing redeye flights.

“According to research conducted by Southwest, 80% of customers and 86% of potential customers said they prefer an assigned seat. “

When flying, do you prefer an assigned seat or are you a fan of Southwest’s open seating?

The Dallas-based airline is putting an end to its open seating policy, will begin offering premium seating and is introducing redeye flight options.

Major Announcement!🏆

We are thrilled to announce we are now a Certified Student Travel Organization (CSTO) through SYTA: Student and Youth Travel Association!

The CSTO certification is awarded to companies who have met or exceeded the minimum of 25 safety standards established by the Center for Student Travel Safety and SYTA. The standards are derived from the most effective practices in the industry and are based upon SYTA’s Code of Ethics and reviewed by an objective commission of industry experts.

This only proves our commitment to safety, as CCIS is among the first Student Travel Organizations to achieve this certification!🥳

BLUE is BACK! Blue Man Group is returning to Orlando late 2024. They will have a new home at Icon Park. 🥁💙💙

“There is no greater world stage than Orlando for exciting family fun, making it a natural choice as a home base for Blue Man Group,” said Jack Kenn, managing director of Blue Man Group.

Blue Man Group — formerly a staple at at Universal Orlando — will return to the city, this time in a new theater at Icon Park.
