We are proud to announce that our home at mile post 15 in the OBX sold this past October. Last week, we were fortunate enough to use the proceeds to settle on a newer and larger beachfront home at mile post 10.5 in Nags Head. Special Events:
Special events are welcome with a maximum of 100 guests. A $3,000 event fee and a $3,000 security deposit apply. A local licensed event planner/insured event planning company must be used and the name of the person and company must be submitted within 90 days prior to the event.
Handicap-Friendly:
This home is designed to be handicap-friendly, however not necessarily ADA compliant. This home has a wheelchair-accessible elevator, ramp, and access to the pool area from the front of the home. Please note that not every room or area of the home will be wheelchair accessible. The home is located next to the public beach access with a handicap-accessible beach ramp which is managed by the Town of Nags Head and is subject to change.
Exclusive Complimentary Cabana Service:
Guests staying in this luxury oceanfront Nags Head vacation home receive complimentary daily oceanfront cabana tent and beach chair service -- compliments of Farmdog Surf School (located across Rt. 12). Every morning your beach chairs and tent will be set up for you. Set up hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM and include: 1 10'X10' Cabana and 6 Beach Chairs.*
*Cabana services are available for full week reservations only between 4/26/21 - 9/19/21. The cabana service is not available on your scheduled arrival day. Set-up does not take place in inclement weather conditions.
This home has some availability at the tail end of the season but upon closing, we accepted all 2021 reservations. Feel free to enjoy the photos and plan your 2022 beach get-away.
