💕 The Raleigh House is the next step in our preservation & development journey.

This iconic home is incredibly special and it is my greatest joy to tell it’s story and find its new owner when the time comes. Let’s help keep these local Virginia Beach gems alive and our oceanfront unique. 🙌🏻

Thinking of my grandmother Libby today and felt moved to share pictures of our sweet house called The Libby. It was such a warm and inviting space. The light was dreamy. The colors were like the most delicious milkshake. It was an elegant and classy and whimsical space. My grandmother would have loved it! She had such class and elegance and exemplified grace.

Thank you Nanny for being my ultimate inspiration for this house! I love and miss you!

Travel has always been a huge source of inspiration for us—it allows us to immerse ourselves in different cultures, experience the rhythm of local communities, and gain fresh perspectives that shape the way we design. It refreshes our creative souls.

Our recent trip to Palm Beach was no exception. From the pastel-hued streets of Worth Avenue to the lush, palm-lined courtyards and the old-world charm of Mediterranean Revival architecture, every detail exudes an effortless and playful elegance that left us inspired.
