Today was RunDisney Registration day for 2024 Marathon Weekend! I was able to get in for my first EVER D***y Challenge! I was able to also get a friend in for his first Full Marathon, and my Mother in Law and son for their first RunDisney 5k. It’s going to be great training for these events! I’m also running off adrenaline right now. 🤣 have you guys ever participated in a RunDisney event? Or any races at all? They are so much fun!

Happy Monday, Friends! The weekend is never long enough and usually I’m slow to start on a Monday. Kids went back to school after scoring break and I’m getting some travel plans ready for some clients in the future this week. What’s on tap for everyone else this week?

Galaxy’s Edge at night is probably one of my favorite times to be there. You get to see the glows of lightsabers, people just seem more chill enjoying the atmosphere, strolling through the shops, hearing people laughing and talking about their adventures through the days. What’s your favorite time to stroll around the parks?

🌸🌸 Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot is in full swing right now. This festival started March 1st and goes through July 5th. Throughout this time you can see some extraordinary topiaries, try some amazing food through World Showcase and purchase exclusive merchandise.

Throughout the years, my favorite topiaries have been Snow White, Buzz Lightyear and Mickey Mouse and three crew! This year, I’m excited to see the Encanto display! Our family also enjoys strolling through the butterfly garden.

We made it! Was it just an exhausting week for everyone else as well? I am so excited not to set an alarm tomorrow! As of right now, I have no plans for tomorrow, maybe do something with the family in the evening. Anyone else have anything on tap for the weekend? I’m looking forward to the REST! I’m learning to listen to my body, but it’s very hard and if you know me, sometimes I can be stubborn. 🤣

Who says that my dreams have to just stay my dreams? -Ariel 🧜🏻‍♀️

This is one of my happy places. We moved back to Orlando to raise our littles where I did my “growing up”. Things may not always be easy but you make the most of it. When my littles get to go the places I’ve been, where I made friends (at Disney but also at my home church). Those memories of good times, are in my mind, but I love getting to experience it again through their eyes.

Golden hour… but make it morning. ☀️☀️☀️. As a mom, it’s rare to have a quiet moment for less than 30 seconds. I often have a hard time sleeping on vacation and decided to take advantage of the view while the kids were asleep. It was almost perfect, only thing I was missing was my coffee.

What’s you’re favorite thing to do on vacation? Is it sleep? Food? Taking pictures?

Within the past year, I have learned I have a food allergy. How many people are afraid to travel or eat at certain restaurants because of this? I’ve learned of several restaurants (specifically Disney restaurants) that are always very accommodating! Chefs come out, you order and discuss with them and I haven’t had any issues yet.
While there are some snacks that I definitely miss, I’m glad I know there are options available.
