My Hospitality and Tourism Story

I am an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism industry with both a bachelors and masters degree. My background also includes working for the mouse himself at one point in my career. I am currently located in Delaware County, PA with my husband and 4 children. We love to travel all over and yes, Disney is one of our most favorite places on earth!

I was introduced to Disney at a very young age, when my dad brought me back my first stuffed Mickey Mouse from a business trip he had went on in California. I carried that mouse around everywhere. Who knew that would be the start of something magical in my life. From there, it was Disney movie after Disney movie in our home. Remember “The Gnome Mobile,” that was one of the first movies we ever watched at home.

It was not until around 11 that I got my first trip to Disney World! Our family and friends set out on a road trip to Florida. What a blast! Back then the Disney Cruise Line was not around yet, but there was something else called “The Big Red Boat” that was affiliated with Disney and we began to take our vacations with a few days at sea and then off to the parks for week! It was fantastic! Between family trips when I was younger, working and living in Florida, trips with friends and family trips with my husband and our children, I cannot even count the amount of times that I have been to Disney World. And I will finally make it out to Disneyland in 2019! I cannot wait! I also count down the days to when I’ll be able to board a Disney Cruise Ship again!
