1. Where is this? Louisa,Va

3. Is the calendar correct? Yes, the silo is booked through October but we have 3 other unique rentals around our private lake with some availability!
4. The calendar is open for bookings 15 months in advance. We are booking for summer 2026!
5. Is this place pet friendly? Yes 2 dog max for all of our listings.

My Happy Place

My husband Mike and I moved to Louisa with our family in November of 2018. We wanted to start a new life and a new business. We had been looking at different properties around the Virginia area, daydreaming of building cottages or treehouses, when we stumbled upon this incredible place.

The Cabin on the property was built in 1996, and while it was in good shape, we needed to make it our own. We have been working hard to make this space the perfect getaway for our guests, including lots of special details. The Lake is just steps away and fully stocked for fishing! Even in the cold weather we have been fishing, kayaking, boating, and hiking. Mike even had his own polar plunge! (with water temps hovering around 40 degrees)

Lots to do on this property with miles of hiking and biking trails (some of which are covered with green moss that look like you're in a fairy tale!) At times I have felt like Mary Poppins, just jumping into this beautiful picture that we get to call our new life. Feeling extremely lucky and can't wait to share this wonderful adventure with everyone!
