I’ve been working on several Italy tours for families. You might ask me why young families are heading to Europe? Aren’t they too young to enjoy the experience? Why no! As a parent of college aged kids, I have learned that the best age to take kids for international experiences is from ages 7/8 to 12/13. They are old enough to be able to go on most adventures but also young enough to not have school or sport related commitments. Recently, Karenna planned an amazing spring break vacation to Washington! This trip included hikes through the state’s beautiful national parks as well as a pit stop in Leavenworth, Washington’s Bavarian village. While Karenna has not yet visited Washington, planning this activity packed itinerary has inspired her to make the trip one day!

While we always hope their checked baggage will arrive with our clients, sometimes it takes a little detour! So we suggest packing a carry on bag with all your necessities as well as 1 or 2 days worth of clothes. That way you won’t be without clothing (or underwear) and can enjoy your trip while waiting for your checked bag to arrive! 🤭🧳

🌟One common misconception we run into when planning an Australian vacation for clients:

That you can see ALL of Australia’s popular destinations in just two weeks!

📍Australia is just as big if not bigger than the U.S. So visiting Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns (the Great Barrier Reef), and Uluru (Ayer’s Rock) would be like visiting Florida, New York, Washington, and California in just two weeks! We suggest either picking one region to visit or taking a month to see all of your bucketlist places!!

Travel insurance has saved our clients so many times! Recently we had a client traveling to another country and her baggage did not arrive with her. Until it was delivered to her, she was able to purchase all the essentials and clothes she needed, all of which was reimbursed by her insurance! 😁🧡
