Travel and Wellness go hand in hand. I am a huge proponent of Wellness, especially after being diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2023. I was very concerned that having Celiac would potentially curtail my travel. I was so wrong and appreciate life and the ability to explore now more than ever. Had the opportunity to getaway this weekend in beautiful San Francisco. In July of 2023, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Being someone who loves to travel and enjoy the many different aspects of food that ties into local culture, I thought traveling as I knew it was over.
