Had the opportunity to getaway this weekend in beautiful San Francisco. Being someone who loves to travel and enjoy the many different aspects of food that ties into local culture, I thought traveling as I knew it was over. One of the greatest aspects of traveling globally is indulging in amazing food. I spend most of my time sharing about incredible places to visit, however I rarely talk about food, until now. Sometimes there are those places that leave a mark on you as a person and for me it was Tandoor At The Chambers in Buckhurst Hill, England, just a short 45min train ride from London. The London area has been known for its Indian food for a long time but this amazing restaurant takes Indian food to a whole new level, after all Tandoor At The Chambers was just ranked "London's best Indian Food" on the show Food with Chetna. We had scrumptious appetizers consisting of Kale Chaat and Wings, the Main Course consisted of Lasooni Prawns and Mahi Tikka. If you find yourself in London or the UK for that matter, I highly recommend that you visit this fantastic restaurant.

What an amazing 2 1/2 weeks in Europe that included Berlin, Prague, Munich, Innsbruck Austria, Paris and London with incredible friends and my partner for the last two cities. There is nothing like spending time in such a diverse, culturally significant, and beautiful place with people that you love. This quote from Hans Christian Andersen is a motto I highly recommend we all live by:
