There is no shortage of great ideas for products to bring to market and I have a passion for helping Creative Entrepreneurs achieve their vision of selling their handcrafted products.

It takes a lot to run your own business and it's especially challenging when you have to make the products that you sell on top of everything else.

I help current and aspiring Creative Entrepreneurs like you navigate through everything that must be done and help you stay organized, so you will not get overwhelmed while building a profitable business.

For 19 years I worked for electronics retailer Best Buy as part of the Geek Squad, gaining valuable business knowledge, successfully running multiple facilities, with responsibilities for almost 400 employees across 13 states, with annual revenues in excess of $50 million.

During my career, I had only contemplated becoming an entrepreneur as a distant Plan B. So to be honest, I did not leave my job because I wanted to start a business. I started my business because it was time to leave my job. I decided to take the plunge after two years of not seeing eye-to-eye with my boss and feeling like my spirit was being crushed.

My first career allowed me to develop my business operations skills, which involved managing the day-to-day, planning for the future and analyzing the past. Those skills mixed with my love for coaching and mentoring is how Ayesha R. Patterson Consulting was born.

I feel called to make sure Creative Entrepreneurs get the guidance they need to get organized, stay focused and successfully run their handcrafted products businesses, without getting overwhelmed.
