Happy Holidays from Marlene Custom Pillows. Santa knows who has been naughty and who has been nice😁. We will be closed until the 9th of January 2023.

You may continue sending us your items to the Bollinger Canyon location. Any questions until then, feel free to email me and I do my best to respond to your inquiries.

A special shout out to Sue Goldberg of Aristeia. She is always so gracious, sweet and very understanding. I would highly recommend them for all of your needlepoint needs.

Hard at work or hardly working🤔

Many have emailed asking us when will we be open again to accept walk in customers. The answer to that is, we will not be open anymore to walk in customers. Everything must be sent in to us or if customers are in the area, they may drop them off through the mail slot.

Some have asked if Marlene has passed away, the answer to that is, NO she has NOT passed away nor is she ill and we are NOT selling our business.

It is of no surprise that Marlene is getting older, therefore she is only here a few hours a week so that she can get back home to take care of my ill father in law.

Marlene has expressed to me that she likes the idea of customers sending items in vs coming into the office. We are very busy, the amount of work on hand is a lot, and things are arriving to me daily which we appreciate the amount of work that we are doing, however it is a lot and we must stay focused on what goes on behind the scenes of owning and operating our business.

We do our very best in answering emails to include answering my phone as well as the office phone. However. Emailing us is the best way to reach us unless we have questions regarding your items, we will call you.

I will posting videos from time to time of what goes on behind the scenes to include footage of Marlene as well just for fun. You will also be able to see that what we do is no easy task in the hopes that what we do will be appreciated even more.

Until then. Please be safe and keep on stitching. Again. I will do my best to answer any and all emails to include phone calls. Again. Keep in mind we are very busy.
