😮🎉 So, thinking of skipping the traditional Thanksgiving next year (or this year?) and head to the Wizarding World instead? Not the camping type? Trust me, this is NOT ROUGHING IT 🏕️. Have you taken a look at the new cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground yet? 🦒🌳 If you still think Animal Kingdom is a half-day park, or…gasp…a skippable park, then you need to slow down, take a look AND listen all around you. Of course, there are thrill rides like Avatar: Flight of Passage and Expedition Everest, but there is so much to discover tucked all around the park. If you’ve never danced in the street to steel drum bands 🥁, been mesmerized by DiVine 🌿, had a picture snapped with Kevin 🐦, or learned how to draw a favorite animated character at Conservation Station 🎨, then you haven’t DONE Animal Kingdom yet. Fellow Animal Kingdom fans, what is your favorite, best-kept secret? 🤫

✨💭✨ Picture it... The air is filled with the combined aroma of fresh popcorn 🍿 and peppermint, 🎶holiday music is playing as you make your way through the parks surrounded by twinkling lights, festive decor ☃️, and of course ALL the seasonal snacks🧁! Boy, does that iconic 🏰 Disneyland charm hit just a bit different (in the best way) from Walt Disney World at the holidays. There’s just something about Christmas time that makes our hearts ache a little for the past, and Disneyland somehow (magically) exudes an air of nostalgia while simultaneously feeling brand new! ✨
If you’ve been thinking about making the trek out west to see Walt’s original park, there’s no better time than the holiday season 🌟. Festivities kick off today, but it’s never too early to start dreaming about (and planning) for next year! I adore Disneyland and would LOVE to help you finally get there!

It's national pickle day (who knew?) Pickles aren’t just for sandwiches; they’re a Christmas tradition too! 🥒 In Germany, families hide a pickle ornament on their Christmas tree 🎄. The first person to find it on Christmas morning gets an extra present from Old Saint Nick 🎅. What a fun way to get everyone to take a good look at all the ornaments on the tree while adding a little extra pixie dust ✨ to the holiday festivities!
Stop by EPCOT’s Germany pavilion to learn more about this fun, quirky tradition and maybe snag your own pickle ornament as a fun souvenir of your trip or as a gag gift for the pickle-obsessed person in your life 🥒😂. I think we all have one of those! Anyone take part in this tradition? 🎄
