Our 4th and final day in NYC. We tried to see the south end of Manhattan…or as much as we could. Here’s a list of what we did:

9/11 Memorial & Museum (a fascinating yet somber experience. Magnificent tribute to those who perished, the first responders, and the survivors of that unforgettable event)

Lunch at Eataly @ World Trade Center. Our amazing corner table overlooked one of the 9/11 memorial fountains! (Thanks Jim!)

Walked to the financial district and found “The Bull”

Viewed Lady Liberty from Battery Park

Hopped on the subway and stopped in Greenwich Village to walk down Cornelia Street! (IYKYK)

Starbucks in the West Village

Back in the subway for a shopping trip at Zabars!

Almost 13,000 steps!

Happy Easter! Just reminiscing about our fantastic Spring Break Girls Trip. Here’s what we did on Day 3:

Breakfast with my first ever “cronut” (insert chefs kiss here!)

Quick visit to the NYC Library - complete with a vintage Winnie The Pooh Display

Harry Potter and The Cursed Child broadway show (bucket list ✅)

Flatiron Building

Gelato at Eataly

My first visit to a Starbucks Reserve while Kim & Stacey went to the observation deck at the Empire State Building

Here we are - Spring Break in NYC! Day 1 did not disappoint! We are staying in the heart of it all…Times Square. We visited Ellen’s Stardust Diner (loved it!), Rockefeller Center, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Radio City Music Hall, Macys (the flower show is incredible), Herald Square- and we even found a Target!
Traveler Tip: comfy shoes are a MUST we walked 15,000 steps today!

This is a pic of me one night at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It was freezing cold that night and we went to the Winnie the Pooh gift shop to find a sweatshirt for me to wear. The cast member said "we dont have any sweatshirts, but I can still make sure you are warm". So here I am in a Mickey Snuggie, worn like a bath robe and held together by a rubber band!

There was no judgement that night. True Disney fans were cheering me on as I proudly marched through the Magic Kingdom with my makeshift coat!

Easter Displays & Grand Cottage Returning to Walt Disney World Resort

One of the best parts about the spring at Walt Disney World Resort is the incredible delights our culinary teams whip up, especially for holidays like Easter. This year is no different because, once again, select Disney Resort Hotels will be transformed with dazzling Easter egg displays and delicious treats alike.

These spectacular displays are hand-painted and designed by the talented pastry chefs who put months of dedication and talent into bringing these creations to life. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and Disney’s Beach Club Resort are all joining in on the egg-travaganza with offerings for guests to enjoy.
But that’s not all for the resort. The team has also been whipping up some delicious items for guests to indulge in this spring. The Grand Cottage is back for the third year to bring to guests a plethora of festive (and adorable) treats they won’t want to miss from March 3 through April 1.

Bunny Pop Flower Pot: Chocolate flower pot filled with jelly beans and three chocolate bunny pops (New)
Fruity Cereal Mickey Pop: Mickey-shaped fruity cereal crisped treat
The Easter Treat Box: Dark chocolate filled bunny, carrot blondie pop, marshmallow pop, carrot cake chocolate bark, confetti pop, and meringue nests
Easter Marshmallow Pop: Three large marshmallows dipped in a yellow chocolate coating topped with Easter quins
Bunny Burrow Dirt Cup: Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, and cookies ‘n cream pieces with springtime décor (Plant-based)
The Grand Egg: White chocolate egg filled with jelly beans sprayed in spring colors
The Bunny Burrow Dirt Cup and Fruity Cereal will both also be available over at Gasparilla Island Grill from March 3 through April 1.
