Our countdown to Alaska!!!

I would love to share everything we learn and see with you!! Let me know what you want to see or questions you have about our magical trip!!

A little about our itinerary:
~Flight to Seattle and renting a car to get to Vancouver
~A day exploring Vancouver
~A 9 night Silver Anniversary at Sea Sailing with stops at: Icy Strait Point, Skagway, Juneau, Hubbard Glacier, Sitka, and Ketchikan
~Amtrack back to Seattle and visits to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle

After doing Animal Kingdom this morning, we ventured over to Universal’s City walk. We were able to get a 3:15 reservation at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. I had the mushroom flatbread and a pineapple upside down milkshake!

Scavenger hunt #10

My favorite ride is Expedition Everest at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. I love the theming and the unexpected twists and turns of this ride!

Scavenger hunt #9 a scenic view with water

My favorite festival at Epcot is the International Flower and Garden Festival. This festival brings beautiful floating topiaries as well as topiaries of so many iconic Disney characters. Not only are the flowers beautiful, the food booths throughout the world showcase also has themed food choices for this event!

The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival runs from March 1 through July 5, 2023

Scavenger hunt #8… something that reminds you of a loved one…

We were lucky enough to travel to Disney as a family even with the restrictions of Covid… look at our eyes, even under the masks are genuine Disney smiles! Today, we posed for a pic in front of the Epcot ball but as moms and travel agents that are enjoying our time learning and laughing but missing our families at home!

An agent scavenger hunt is a great way to make sure we know all aspects of the Disney parks. First up, a major park landmark. For this I chose Beast’s Castle, Cinderella’s Carriage, and The Sword in the Stone! All 3 of these park landmarks are as Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park.

Storybook Dining at Artist Point tonight for dinner at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. While you dine, Snow White, D***y, and Grumpy come visit you at your table and then your table gets invited to meet the Evil Queen.

Also, throwback to when we took the girls here in 2018!!!

We finished up our vacation with breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort! The characters position themselves to take socially distanced selfies and are still very interactive with each table! Character dining is only available for breakfast at Topolino’s.

We took a stroll through Gorilla Falls today at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! The gorillas were super playful and active!!

This Frozen show had me crying I was laughing so hard! Even though there aren’t character meet and greets right now, this is an awesome way to see the Frozen crew!

Take a ride on the Wildlife Express back to Conservation Station!!

Looking for some adult fun while at Disney World? Check out Trader Sam's Rum Bar at Disney's Polynesian Resort! Not only are the drinks yummy... and strong... the atmosphere is great, too! There isn't much seating in the bar, but you can always enjoy the patio area until space come available!

The performers next to Harambe Market at Disney's Animal Kingdom are phenomenal! We were in awe the entire performance!

My Disney Story

My Disney story: In 2012, we visited Disney for our first time as a family. My oldest daughter was 2 and we went to Magic Kingdom in June for all of 3-4 hours. It was hot, and we didn't plan anything, we just showed up. In 2014, we were in Florida for Christmas, so we decided to go to Magic Kingdom on December 26. At this point, I had done some research on how to do Disney and figured out the FastPass system. After experiencing Disney on an itinerary, I would never do it any other way. Each one day trip was magical, but each time we left planning on next trip before we even left Walt Disney World.

Between 2016-2017, we vacationed at Disney 3 more times for various lengths of time with BIG groups of people. We had 17 in our group for one of the trips! Coordinating everything from fast passes for guests of all ages to matching shirts and dining reservations made our trip magical and stress free! Now, in 2018, we are annual pass holders and are constantly planning when we can "sneak" away to Disney (Like our 10 year anniversary trip we just took without our kids.... shhhhh)! Disney is where our family can reconnect with each other and escape the day-to-day craziness of this thing called life! I have found my love for Disney grows with each trip and most of my favorite family pictures have Disney in the background. It brings out genuine happiness in our family! I would love to help your family experience all these magical moments and build life-long memories at the happiest place on earth!
