Chickpeas magical chickpeas! Pa-POW! ⚡️They start off dry beans and after soaking in water for 8 hours - more than double in size!! It’s What Hummus Is Supposed to Be.

Hand-made, small batch hummus made in Portland, Oregon.

Clean, simple, ingredients make for the best tasting and nourishing foods. We begin by first soaking, and then kettle-cooking organic chickpeas. Batch with real, imported olive oil. Organic sesame tahini*. We roast fresh red bell peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños, over our own Oregon Harvest Hazelnut-Shell Briquets (no nut meats, no petroleum products). Lot's of love!

Made Without... Artificial ingredients. Preservatives, or fillers. Pre-cooked, canned, or packaged beans or veggies. Lilly's home-made batches of hummus became such a favorite with her family and friends, that she and her husband, Michael, began selling it at local farmer’s markets. Before long, Lilly’s Hummus was popping up in Portland food co-ops and natural food stores. Today, you can find Lilly’s Hummus in grocery stores nationwide.

Lilly’s also makes some hummus flavors free of sesame, see web site for full product offering.
