NEW POLICY CHANGE: We have just updated our booking window policy. While we used to allow bookings only 6 months out, we have increased that to a full 12 months. So you may now book with us through Airbnb, VRBO or HomeAway up to 12 months in advance! Happy booking!!

We are finally in the throes of the Autumn months at our Corbin Home and Treehouse! Temps have finally cooled and leaves are falling everywhere. We LOVE the smells of Autumn, as well! Just the smell of the crisp air, the drying leaves...even the burning leaves! :-) We hope our upcoming guests enjoy the feel of Autumn as they come to visit!

Wow, what a summer it has been! The Treehouse home has been FULL...of people, love, activity and fun!! Thanks to all those who have visited us so far this year. We look forward to all of those reservations we currently have through November! There is availability scattered throughout the next few months...but book early!

We hope YOU might be the next person to book your getaway! While most of our summer dates are booked, there are a few days in August and then there are always the Autumn months with the beautiful fall colors here in the hills of eastern Kentucky!

Our guests from last weekend left this review for us on HomeAway: "This was just a one night getaway to start spring break. Both Dawn and Norma was very helpful. The home was clean and there was everything we needed to prepare meals. There were lots of clean linens and towels. The girls loved the treehouse. The back deck was private and was our favorite hangout. We will definitely recommend to others and stay here in the future.

We have now had three guests visit our vacation home in Corbin! We have 23 more people scheduled throughout the summer and one even into the Fall season. Our most recent guests this weekend state the following in the guest book: "Amazing place to stay, we loved the house and our time here! We would definitely come again! Norma was a fabulous hostess."

Our first airbnb guests were here for the last few days. They came from Nevada and were wonderful guests. The kids want to come back...and we hope they do return one of these days. They left us a lovely note in our guest book...first one!
