We’re excited to announce that Barcelona SAE is now accepting applications for a remote position on our growing US team.
Position Title: University Relations & Assistant TODOS Coordinator
Location: Remote, United States
Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours/Week
Anticipated Start Date: Mid-April 2023
The University Relations & Assistant TODOS Coordinator helps our University Partners achieve their international education goals working with Barcelona SAE. This role will focus on furthering our justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion goals through our outcomes-based JEDI commitment, TODOS, with specific outreach to Minority Serving Institutions (including HSIs, AAPISIs, and TCUs) and Historically Black Colleges & Universities. This position should be able to work effectively as a member of a team, but also individually from a remote home office, and will possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPANY & TEAM CULTURE: WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
At Barcelona SAE, we believe that creating the Barcelona experience of a lifetime offers students the best chance to realize their potential and change the world. You get to play a big role in that!
Year after year, our students rate “interaction with the staff” as one of the highlights of their Barcelona experience. Our staff is multilingual and composed of Spanish, Catalan, and American study abroad experts. Our passion for international education, our commitment to individualized service to our students, and our expertise in Barcelona facilitates the strongest combination of cultural, academic, and professional experiences for our students.
We are looking for a candidate who wholeheartedly lives and breathes the Barcelona SAE Core Values. As it relates to this role in the US, we especially want someone who is friendly and professional, innovative, who aims to beat expectations with themselves, with our team and our university partners. The ideal candidate will know how to work independently and as part of the team (“fem pinya!”), create “buen rollo,” and who at heart is an International Educator seeking to make the world a better, and more equitable, inclusive place through education abroad.
Inclusion in study abroad starts with inclusion on our team. Barcelona SAE is committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion part of everything we do. A diversity of backgrounds on our team not only enriches our organization but also the experience of our students and university partners. Candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.
