General Weekend Information & Agenda

Please enjoy the hotel courtyard and pool area from 8am to 11pm daily during your free time.

Snacks and BYOB allowed. Plastic cups only.

Classes and Services available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Sunday appointments MUST be booked by Saturday evening.

1:00 -4:00pm Check in at the Welcome Table. Enjoy a complimentary FOUR SIXES welcome cocktail and grab your swag before it sells out - CASH ONLY

1:00 - 6:00pm Settle into your bunkhouse, twist open your whiskey and get those barn decorations going Prize awarded for best barn on the ranch!!!

6pm - 7:00pm Sign up for all Services and Classes - Grab a drink and head to the Vendor Stalls Get in line to meet to your vendors and sign up for services!

WE DO SELL OUT. CASH ONLY! Remember to bring your sign up sheet to check out!

7:00pm Dinner is served in the ballroom - CASH BAR!

7pm - 7:45pm Free Athena's product demo and sneak peak at Bingo prizes in the vendor hallway

All product purchases are cash or credit

8:00-12:00 Dolly Parton Disco in the Ballroom- CASH BAR! Prizes will be awarded for several categories

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREBOOKING Services and Classes

1. On Thursday check the website, link in Comments, for Services and Classes being offered
2. Read all details of Service or Class and Cost
3. Choose Class Time or Request Service during listed days and hours for EACH individual item you desire
4. Send an Email to [email protected] with your requested items
5. Wait for Confirmation from EMAIL REPLY and then check what is Confirmed or given as an alternative if your 1st Choice is not available- we will work with you to best meet your needs
6. Once All Requests are Confirmed submit Full Payment via Venmo and you are Booked!
7. Upon Check In you will receive written reminders of all your booked Services and Classes
8. If there are any remaining spots they are booked starting at 6pm Sharp on Friday Feb 2 and CASH ONLY

To Purchase Swag please choose your design and requested size - we will confirm and include the cost so you may submit payment via Venmo and we will have it ready for you at Check In!!!
