Good Morning,

Thank you all for your patience as we gathered more information on Space-A travel since our program is now active again. Moving forward, IF, we have a current flight these are the following policies members flying Space-A need to adhere too;
-masks will be worn at all times during your Space-A in-processing at the passenger terminal and during your entire flight
-each passenger will need to fill out a Traveler Health Declaration (THD) that we will provide (example photo shown below)
-your temperature will be taken and annotated on your THD

As always you will need to show proper identification to fly. If there are any questions about being processed to fly please comment or direct message us. We haven’t posted about any flights recently because we have not had any available. If there are any flights available we will share a Facebook post about them 72 hrs prior to departure and only 72 hrs prior to departure. The same message will be recorded on our recorded hotline.

Thanks again for your patience and have a safe and fun 4th of July weekend!

Good Morning,

(*The following guidance is still in effect*)

Effective as of 21 March 2020, the following Space-A Travel Program Limitations Due to COVID-19, are still being implemented.

Only the following Categories are authorized to fly Space-A in accordance with DoDI 4515.13:
Category I travelers (1-7)
Category IV travelers (27-28)
Category VI travelers (44-48)

This information is provided to clear any confusion between the Covid-19 Travel Restrictions Installation Status list and the DOD guidance on Space-A Travel.

The Covid-19 Travel Restrictions Installation Status list authorizes out of state travel for military and DOD Civilians , however, the list does not pertain to DOD Space-A Travel.

Space-A Travel at this time is not available due to the current guidelines listed above.

All other categories are ineligible for travel considerations at this time. These limitations are necessary to preserve force readiness, limit the continuing spread of COVID-19, and preserve the health and welfare of everyone. If you have questions please reach out via direct message or by calling our Passenger Service Desk at, 612-713-2881.

As a reminder there are NO SPACE-A flights available until further notice.
