Well...that was so last summer and the next trip is coming up in a few months! Amy and nine other friends and family are already on board for this summer's Cape Cod & the Islands Adventure. This crowd of ten began with just one young lady. We have known Amy Harp from church but also as an elementary school teacher who loved on two of our grandchildren while teaching them. This was Sherrye and my tenth trip to Orlando but undoubtedly one of the most special. Our daughter's family "took" us with them in December as part of our fiftieth wedding anniversary. They planned every detail and included some surprises like the individualized mouse ear tee-shirts - see our names (Bear Bear and Lolee). We were at the parks from dawn to dusk, riding the rides and thoroughly enjoying each other, even through two days of hard rain. [ 151 more words ]

All fifty states - check! We have been blessed to travel through all fifty states and thirty countries overseas but that didn't just happen. We dreamed, talked a lot, researched and did a lot of planning then even more planning. We actually dream out our future trips in overlapping layers of time. Announcing our TWO Big Adventures for 2020

Next summer we are headed to Cape Cod and the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard as well as returning to Shipshewana, Indiana for another Amish Adventure. Both trips are five nights and four days full of fun and discovery.
