We want to thank everyone for the thoughts, prayers, and kind words that have been said about captain ron. We ask that you give us a couple of weeks to navigate these uncharted waters.

All 2020 heads are on the work bench and are being finished.

All 2021 hides will be done with in 3 weeks and sent to the Iowa tannery unless other wise specified.

All 2021 heads are in barrels and will be done once they have processed.

As for the 2022 season we are trying to figure out a schedule that works for our family.

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Captain Ron. He talked about and loved every one of his clients. Many of which turned into friendships.

He will be loved and missed dearly.

Ronald Joe Russell, 63, of Bonneau, SC, owner and operator of Gator Getter Consultants, died Saturday morning in a Charleston hospital. This was a very special hunt for me. This young man right here name is Garrett, now Garrett hunted with me with his uncles and granddad when he was seven he is third generation of hunters out of the same family that’s been able to hunt with me over the years, we were able to find this trophy 11 foot gator in the southern coastal for Garrett’s first gator as an adult.
Congratulations Garrett and to his good friend JD for being able to come down and help Garrett fill his trophy tag.
I know his granddad and uncles are very proud of him as they should be they have raised a very fine young man.
