Fantasmic! Is BACK at Disneyland!!!

After your meal, you will receive a voucher with details about when and where you can check in for your Reserved Seating area.

Guests will arrive as early as one hour before official check-in time and be directed to a line where you will wait until a Cast Member takes you to your reserved viewing area.

The Standard Dining Packages all have reserved viewing right at the front of Riverside of America, but you do have to sit for the whole performance. If someone in your party does need to leave to use the restroom or grab some snacks you are able to do so, just see a Cast Member before leaving to get a return ticket.

Booking a Fantasmic! Dining Package was a great way to get an up close view of Fantasmic! and not have to worry about finding a good place to view it amongst the rest of the crowd!

Fantasmic! is extremely popular every night in Disneyland, and the best way to see it without the added stress of finding a viewing spot for it is to book a Fantasmic! Dining Package.

There are three restaurants you can choose from, with varying price points, and we chose to try River Belle Terrace as a new to us experience.

The meal is a three course prix fixe menu, and you can choose to book either a Brunch or Dinner meal along with viewing the first or second show.

✨A fun experience, not very known to the non-pickle lover, is that at both Disneyland and California Adventure they celebrate the “First Pickle of the Day”!

How do you obtain this honor? By being the first customer at a specific location in each park to purchase a pickle that morning. It’s not an easy feat, but on our Early Entry morning in California Adventure I made sure we were first in line for park entry and my husband and son completed the challenge by making it to Mortimers Market first!!!

Is this challenge for everyone? Not at all. But for some, there is no greater honor. 😁 And it’s just one more small bit of magic that makes Disneyland so special! ✨

Bing B**g was the one character I knew I had to meet this trip, and with a little patience and persistence I was able to make it happen!

You can find Bing B**g hanging out at Pixar Place Hotel, either in the Lobby or up on the pool deck. And while he likes to show up unannounced, anyone is able to visit the hotel to see him!!!

🌉Spending time in San Fransokyo Square was high on our list of must-do’s this trip, and it did not disappoint!

Hiro and Baymax have such a playful banter when you meet them, there are too many delicious foods to try, and the theming is on point. (We all loved the music played throughout, it really made you feel like you were in the movie.)

I highly recommend heading there to get your own Baymax hug, it’s definitely worth the trip!

✨We made it to Disneyland!!!

For this trip we are staying at the Disneyland Hotel, and were surprised with a theme park view. Yes, we can see fireworks from our room. 😁

One of the main perks of staying in a hotel on property is that you get access to Early Entry at either Disneyland or California Adventure each day - this lets you start going on select attractions 30 minutes before day guests.

This is a family vacation, so I will be posting a few things along the way, but be sure to follow along next week for full details!!!
