Crews were working on replacing some of the wood at Lime Valley Covered Bridge when our tour stopped today. Our guests had the opportunity to see the “bones” of the bridge.
Among the work being done was replacing some of the 3” crossbeams (shown in photo). The deck of the bridge will have 2” thick beams running on top of and perpendicular to the crossbeams.

We’ve expanded our Bridges and Brunch 🛵Tour for 2024. Starting April 1, our Brunch tour will be available 7 days a week at 9 AM.

Experience a relaxing morning ride through the back roads of Amish Country in Lancaster County, PA. Along the way to a 19th century covered bridge, enjoy the scenery of rolling hills, breathtaking views, and our Amish neighbors going about their daily routines.
