Nothing beats a good countdown clock. Except maybe my greatest countdown clock of all!

I have planned trips for my clients based on my Disney College of Knowledge training, but I have never been to Disneyland myself. I am happy to announce that I will be attending an agent education program this spring. We will explore all the in and outs, tour the resorts and learn everything there is to know about Disneyland. We will experience a resort stay, the parks, fireworks, parades and so much more, not to mention flights and transfers.

Up close and personal… after seeing a Broadway show, did you know you can “stage door” to meet some of the cast and get autographs? We started doing this when our kids were just a couple of years old, and they still do it today in their 20’s. It is the perfect way to get a souvenir of your Broadway experience and it does not cost a penny. All of their rooms have framed, signed Playbills on the walls and many memories of the shows.

Congrats to the "T" family on their Christmas gift. Nothing better than an amazing experience to remember for a lifetime. "R,M&I", "Z&R" "R&K" and "J&M" are all headed to Alaska on the Norwegian Encore for a summer vacation and family time.

Alaska: Glacier Bay, Skagway & Juneau. Cruise from the Emerald City of Seattle to the wilds of Alaska for seven spectacular days. Pan for gold, feast at a salmon bake and visit a musher camp in Skagway. This town is easy to explore on foot, but the White Pass Railway will reveal Alaska’s beautiful interior. Another great walking town is Ketchikan, salmon capital of the world. Look for salmon in the water as you stroll and shop along the elevated walkway at Creek Street. For whales, take a sightseeing tour to Misty Fjords. Before or after your cruise, get to know Seattle and its landmark attractions like Pike Place Market. Spend a few hours shopping, dining and watching them throw fish at the seafood counters.

Clients often ask me "When is the best time to book a trip?" My response is typically "ASAP!"

The perfect example happened just this week. A client asked me about joining my Travel w/ Tom trip to Cancun next month. I was happy to get them a quote. But, imagine the shock of finding out the price of the trip is now $2224.00 more than when we booked last March! That is 1/3 more than the rest of the group is paying. Also, it would not include the swim-our room, it was for a tropical view room.

Booking early allows me to access the best availability, room options and often pricing. Don't wait to book your next trip. Come travel with Tom! Friday (late night) in NYC, Day 3 and 4:

We headed home early this morning to beat the traffic, but not until after experiencing a Midnight Moment in Times Square late last night. From 11:57pm - midnight, the digital billboards in Times Square synchronize to a video art installation. The exhibit changes monthly featuring different artists and art styles. It is a cool 3 minutes where everything just comes together and people stand in awe watching the display.

Check it out on your next trip. It is worth a late night in the city that never sleeps.

My fascination with Disney began at the age of 3 with my first trip to “the happiest place on earth.” As my own children have grown, my wife and I have shared our Disney obsession with them, and Disney World is one of our favorite destinations.

I have been fortunate enough to experience Disney World throughout the year, from winter to summer, Thanksgiving to Christmas and the New Years Eve festivities. I also had the opportunity to participate in the Wide World of Sports Complex with my son’s team – what a great week of baseball and sportsmanship!
