🇪🇸 Ronda: Begin your day by visiting Benalauría, an old Moorish town in the heart of the Genal Valley, an exuberant and isolated area, just 30 minutes from Ronda. This valley is full of picturesque olive groves, vineyards, and chestnut trees. The gorge separates the city’s new town from its old town, dating back to Moorish rule. Check out the Puente Nuevo, a stone bridge spanning the gorge with unbeatable views. Stop at a small winery belonging to a local family and see the old vineyards to learn about their wine production.
