✅ Gate Check the Stroller: Use your stroller up to the gate and check it there for convenience. I’d recommend a light weight travel stroller.
✅ Car Seat Comfort: Bring a lightweight car seat approved for air travel to keep your child safe and comfy. We have a travel-approved car seat from Costco and have even installed it on the plane!
✅ Travel Bags: Invest in durable travel bags for car seats and strollers to protect them during the flight. Amazon has some great ones!

Traveling with kids isn’t for the faint of heart. But it’s worth it for the memories ❤️
Last summer we flew to Florida for the first time as a family of four! ✈️
Here are some take aways from our trip:
*snacks. Bring all the snacks!!!
*try and keep bedtime routines the same! We packed our sound machines, special blankets and did our bath time routine like we normally would at home.
*pack a travel stroller and travel car seat when you can. These are light weight and easier to travel with.
* bring hidden toys to reveal during your trip! The dollar store is your best friend. These come in handy when you least expect it.
* plan down days and afternoon rest. We had nap time/quiet time every day and it was good for ALL of us!
*lower expectations. If you go into it with a positive mindset and lowered expectations, you’re less affected when things don’t go your way!
