Did you know that Southwest Airlines has eliminated expiration dates on Travel Credits?
What does that mean for our clients?
Here is your answer: Flight credits for non-refundable fares will be issued as long as the reservation is cancelled more then 10 mins prior to the scheduled departure. Flight credits unexpired on, created on or after July 28, 2022 do not expire and will show an expiration date of 12/31/2040 until Southwest systems are updated. Typically when you got a travel credit/flight credit you had to use it within a years time and now there is no time limit! So YAY for our clients!

Every week, there will be informational travel posts which will be titled: "WHAT TRAVELING MINDS WHAT TO KNOW"... First up is the Clear Creek in Golden, Colorado!
Visitors who come to Golden, typically come to enjoy tubing, kayaking on Clear Creek. Many residents and visitors enjoy cycling and walking on Clear Water Trail.
The atmosphere and the beautiful scenery is the most refreshing and relaxed feeling that anyone could ask for. The beautiful scenery is absolutely breath taking.
Things to know before you go:
1. If you need to rent water sports equipment like tubes and life jackets, here are the places you can go:
a. Adventure West River Tube Rental
b. Golden River Sports
c. Golden Goods
2. Look for colored flags along Clear Creek that correspond to the safety levels on the Creek Warning Flags sign.
a. Green Flag: Moderate Flows - Clear Creak is open to all uses. Please use regular caution in the creek
b. Yellow Flag: Moderate to High Flow- Clear Creek is open to all uses. Please exercise heightened caution while in the creek
c. Red Flag: High Flow - Clear Creek is closed for swimming and tubing. Only experienced kayakers and other vessels should be on the creek. Users should wear protective gear and be able to rescue themselves in the water. High caution should be used in the water.
d. Double- Red Flag- Closure - Clear Creek is closed to all uses. This is a combination of high flows and other unsafe conditions, such as low temperature or debris in the water, that makes Clear Creek unsafe for all uses.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. ALWAYS Pick up your trash/Recycle
2. Water does vary..and always use your life jackets! (The Clear Creek Visitor Center Employees will tell you this if you ask(they are very helpful)
3. Use designated Creek Access points
4. Be aware of trail traffic(Always lots of people in the summer months) and signs
5. Pedestrians and Tubers should use the NORTH side of the Clear Creek Corridor Trail
6. Always keep trail traffic moving: travel single file and avoid stopping to congregate
7. Cyclists must go 8 mph or less on the North Side trail and give audible signal and slow down to walking pace to pass
8. Faster Traffic, particularly cyclists, should use the South Sides of the Clear Creek Corridor Trail
9. No dogs off their leash
10. No smoking or Va**ng
11. No glass OR alcohol
12. No single-use plastics in the Creek

2. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WILL BE SHARING THEIR OWN TRIPS AND ANY SUCCESS STORIES HERE ON THEIR FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE.
3. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WILL BE CHARGING A $50 PLANNING FEE AND A $50 BOOKING FEE DEPOSIT. (CLIENTS MUST BOOK THEIR TRIPS WITH BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC TO GET THE $50 BOOKING FEE DEPOSIT BACK)

5. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WILL BE USING MANY DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS TO BOOK THIER CLIENTS TRIPS SUCH AS EXPEDIA, SOUTHWEST VACATIONS, FUNJET VACATIONS, APPLE VACATIONS, DELTA VACATIONS, ROYAL CARIBBEAN, ETC.
6. HOW THE PLANNING WORKS:
a. CLIENTS ADVISE WHAT DESTINATION THEY WOULD LIKE TO TRAVEL TOO OR WHAT KIND OF DESTINATION THEY WOULD LIKE TO TRAVEL TO
b. CLIENTS ADVISE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING
c. CLIENTS ADVISE HOW MANY ROOMS ARE NEEDED, WHAT TYPE OF AMENITIES THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE(OCEAN VIEW, BEACH FRONT, MOUNTAIN VIEW, POOL VIEW, GARDEN VIEW, JET TUB, DOUBLE, QUEEN , KING, SUITES, SWIM UP BARS ,ETC)
d. CLIENTS ADVISE WHAT DATES AND TIMES THEY WOULD LIKE TO TRAVEL.
e. CLIENTS ADVISE IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADD ON ANY EXCURSIONS.
d. CLIENTS ADVISE THEIR BUDGET AMOUNT AND IF THERE ARE ANY COMMENDATIONS NEEDED
f. CLIENTS ADVISE WHAT TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION THEY WILL BE NEEDING(RENTAL CAR, SHUTTLE BUS, ETC.)
g. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC DOES ALL THE PLANNING SO THEIR CLIENTS CAN RELAX AND TAKE ALL THE STRESS AND TIME AWAY FROM HAVING TO PLAN THEIR OWN TRIPS.
h. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC SENDS QUOTED ITINERARIES VIA EMAIL. ONCE CLIENTS MAKE A DECISION THEN WE BOOK THE TRIP THRU THE PREFERRED SUPPLIER ONLINE AND THE ACTUAL ITINERARY WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO OUR CLIENTS.
i. IF CLIENT'S CHOOSE TO WANT TO MEET IN PERSON TO HELP PLAN AND BOOK THEIR TRIPS, I WILL MEET THE CLIENTS IN A PUBLIC PLACE LIKE STARBUCKS, MCDONALDS, PANERA BREAD, ETC BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. I WILL TRAVEL UP TO 120 MILES ROUND TRIP. NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, I WILL BE WEARING A MASK IN PUBLIC. MASKS ARE OPTIONAL FOR CLIENTS.
j. IF CLIENTS WOULD LIKE TO JOIN A FREE ZOOM MEETING WITH ME TO PLAN AND BOOK THEIR TRAVEL, WE CAN SET UP A TIME AND DAY THAT WILL WORK BEST FOR BOTH MY CLIENT(S) AND MYSELF. CLIENT'S MUST BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE ZOOM MEETING APP.
k. PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE SUPPLIER THAT WILL BE USED WHEN BOOKING CLIENT'S TRIPS.
l. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC DOES NOT CHARGE ANY FEES OR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES IF CLIENT'S CANCEL THEIR TRIPS FOR ANY REASON. NOTE: SOME HOTELS/RESORTS DO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE/RATE.
m. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WILL OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE TO CLIENTS. IF CLIENTS CHOOSE TO PURCHASE THE TRAVEL INSURANCE AND END UP HAVING TO CANCEL THEIR TRIP FOR REASON, THEY WILL GET A REFUND OR CREDIT MINUS THE COST OF THE TRAVEL INSURANCE FROM THE SUPPLIER THAT WAS USED TO BOOK THEIR TRIP.
n. CLIENTS MUST SIGN EITHER A ONE TIME PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM OR A REOCCURING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM IF THEY CHOOSE A PAYMENT PLAN WITH THE SUPPLIER ON THEIR FUTURE TRIPS. THIS PROTECTS BOTH MY CLIENTS AND BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC.
7. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WOULD LIKE FOR ALL OF THEIR CLIENTS TO GIVE FEEDBACK AND RATE HOW THEIR SERVICE IS. BEACHES & BLISSFUL TRAVEL, LLC WANTS TO MAKE THIS THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE FOR OUR CLIENTS.

Our driver is pulling my luggage to the car and when we stepped outside, the weather in Vegas was breathtaking! Windy but breathtaking!
This is a video of when we arrived in Las Vegas on Friday, Mar 19, 2021! We are walking thru the airport to get to baggage claim. As we are going down the escalator, our driver is waiting for us with a sign with our last name! That was pretty awesome! Our driver was so nice and made our ride experience to the Signature MGM very pleasant! So hope the video doesn’t make you too dizzy watching it as I was trying to carry my phone, GoPro, and my purse backpack that seemed like it weighed a ton walking thru the airport. Lol.
This is a short video of when we arrived to MCI(Kansas City) Airport to catch our flight to Vegas on Friday March 19, 2021. Just a little glimpse for everyone to see how busy the airport is now amid pandemic. If you watched my video back on Aug 5, 2020 when my husband and I flew to Denver, CO, the airport was not busy at all. Huge difference between then and now in just 7 months time. Travel is picking back up! Love it!!!
