With our caretaking services, we help ensure that everything is in order so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy.
Using a comprehensive checklist, we will conduct a walk-through of your property before and after each renter. We will take photos of any damage and/or issues and share them with you.
You will be able to select the number of inspections that work best for you starting at 8/year. Our comprehensive inspections offer an attention to detail that includes replenishing basic supplies and checking that home systems are properly functioning (i.e. security, plumbing, mechanical). In addition, we will address any additional special needs of your home.
ManageHome will make sure the guests left your house in great condition during all of our check out inspections. We can arrange for the necessary contractors to make repairs or complete normal maintenance as needed.
Don’t rent your home? We can be there for you too! These inspections are also ideal for the homeowner who wants to come to their home to just relax! Let us take care of everything for you.

Local regulations have significantly increased the complexity for owners of Short Term Rentals (STRs) and many now require a local contact person to be available 24/7 in order to ensure quick incident responses. No matter the time of day, we meet this requirement so you don’t have to.
ManageHome provides the people, tools and services necessary to meet these requirements as well as the reporting and communication to keep you in the know for each of your properties. Our detailed ManageHome Incident Report (MIR) informs you of all pertinent information regarding any incidents with your guests or property.
We will respond to a complaint made to the county 24/7 within 60 minutes and attempt to eliminate the need for future action.
When necessary ManageHome will: (Additional Fees May Apply):
Conduct on-site visit. Though we will not enter the home
Seek resolution with all parties
Notify the homeowner and regulating the jurisdiction of all actions taken to avoid any violations and fines
At every step, we communicate with the homeowner partnering to find the best solutions. We are there so you don’t have to be.
