All orders will be shipped with in 7 to 10 working days,(unless noted on order in writing)Frieght orders 7 to 14 working days.(Frieght orders over 70 LBS) All orders that go over the 10 day period. RETURN POLICY Once you have submitted your request a Returns specialist will call you or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) and you will then receive approval and instructions on how to return your item(s). Shipments received without proper approval and the order number clearly posted on the outside of the box will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Thrid Gen Custom's is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and order number) on or in the box. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that: Are in their original packaging Have not been used, installed, or disassembled Are not damaged due to improper installation Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 10% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part, all other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee from the refund. Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued and all applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Again, the cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. Returned auto parts sent C.O.D. will not be accepted. Additional Costs Thrid Gen Custom's will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website. Furthermore, we are not responsible for towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. Damaged Products Will be refund or replaced,Upon pictures of original box and contents, Cancellation of Sale ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED WITH 24 HOURS AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED.
