Each time we spend a week in Mexico it is filled with learning… touring and staying at new resorts to share our experiences with our clients. This past week we stayed at El Dorado Seaside Palms a resort near Playa Del Carmen. There was issue upon check-in with our room category which solidifies why using a travel agent is so important as I had management contacts that were able to help me correct the issue right away and get us where we needed to be- unlike some others that weren’t so lucky and waited longer. But, after the issue with check in I can honestly say we didn’t have one other complaint about the resort. The grounds were pristine… the food was Amazing… the beach was gorgeous and the workers were happy to be there working for you! If you are looking for a budget friendly resort with an authentic Mexican feel that does it right in so many ways this is the one for you!

Saw this question on a local recommendation site and thought it's good info to post here. Travel Agent commissions are paid through the vacation vendors and are built into the cost of the trip regardless if you use an agent or not. There is no added cost to the client 🤗
