GOOD MORNING!
The crazy scheduling seems to be dying down and we are back to some serious bread baking for YOU.
This week we will be at the Harvest and Artists Market with all of our fun stuff so when you come in for the Strongman (Woman) Competition, stop in and say hi!

Remember, all bread orders must be in by Thursday at 8 p.m. if you want them for Saturday delivery/pick up ;)

Good Morning!
We are finalizing bread orders for Saturday pick up/delivery by 8:00 p.m. Thursday June 12th (tonight :) )

ALSO!!! To avoid backing up we are encouraging graduation bread orders to continue coming in early, it helps with planning!

The new bread with caramelized onions and aged Swiss cheese? HOLY TASTY!!!
The next grand experiment will involve caramelized garlic and mozzarella cheese with some other common but tasty herbs :)

Well good morning delicious baked goodness!!
The timing on these breads is such that they will be properly ready tomorrow morning for market orders.
Shown is the Jalapeno Jack, our most popular bread
Still in the oven...? Another Jalapeno and some Parmesan Herb...all in time for Memorial day get-togethers.

We are taking orders for bread, but they will be for Sunday delivery/pick up

As we often say, family first and today was no exception. So what would have been a jamming kind of day became a doctor visit check in on dad kind of day (no resentment, it is always a privilege to be there for them!) so the jam will wait until Thursday but then...oh honey! The Blackberry old fashioned jam and blackberry preserves are scrumptious!
Jennie will be at the Market this Memorial Weekend Saturday with all kids if delicious treats and organic body care...Joe will be planting the garden so that our organic goods continue to be so :)

Come say hello to Jennie at 10 and she will pass it on to Joe in the afternoon when she gets home :)

Taking bread orders for the end of the week at the Market. SO far we are making Jalapeno jack (a crowd pleaser!) and Parmesan Herb and whole wheat English Muffin.

This will be the aboslute last day to order tasty fresh bread in time for Mother's Day. Deliveries are filling fast as well...so if you want some of this (locally) you will need to get a message in today.

Fresh Old Fashioned Jam , Fresh Strecca and Artisan Loaves...yum

Why is Old Fashioned Jam so lovely? It relies on sugar and fruit to produce a natural pectin rather than adding additional chemicals into the mix. The consistency may be a little softer, but the results are fantastic!

And what better addition to a meal is there than a fresh loaf of bread? By purchasing fresh I can tell you exactly what ingredients went into your bread, and in what measure.

The trade off of fresh is that without the preservatives you will have to refrigerate or freeze your tasty baked good as soon as you purchase it.
But then again, who lets fresh bread linger anyway??
