🚨 Disney World Rope Drop Tips! 🚨

After a recent stay at Pop Century, I’ve got the perfect timing to make the most of rope drop at the parks:

🐾 Animal Kingdom (7:30 AM Rope Drop): Be at the bus stop by 6:00 AM. We waited less than 15 minutes for Flight of Passage!

🍴 Epcot (8:30 AM Rope Drop): Be at the Skyliner by 6:45 AM. We walked right into Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure!

🎬 Hollywood Studios (8:30 AM Rope Drop): Skyliner by 6:45 AM. We rode all 3 Star Wars rides by 9:30 AM!

🏰 Magic Kingdom (7:30 AM Rope Drop): Bus stop by 6:00 AM. Head straight to Fantasyland—we were on the 3rd train of the day for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train!

⏰ Pro Tip: The earlier you get to the parks, the more you can experience before the crowds show up!

Starting Tuesday, February 25, both Tiana's Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will NO LONGER require a Virtual Queue! 🎉

🙌 Say goodbye to the early morning stress of snagging a spot—now you can walk right up and hop in line!

💫 Lightning Lane will still be available for both attractions, but the Virtual Queue is officially a thing of the past.

And here’s the BIG news: No attractions at Walt Disney World will be using a Virtual Queue anymore!

Time to head down the bayou and blast into the galaxy without that 7 AM wake-up call!

Some of my favorite Disney trips were with 3 year olds!

“I’ll take them when they’re old enough to remember.”

That’s fine—but you should also take them when they’re young enough not to remember. Why? Because you’ll remember.

Will my daughter remember the day character meet-and-greets returned and she ran back and forth in excitement when she finally met Mickey Mouse? No, but I will.

Will she remember learning to use a fork while eating mac & cheese at Caribbean Beach Resort’s quick-service restaurant? No, but I will.

Will she remember how, when she was just learning to talk, she would shout “Here we gooooooo!” every time the Skyliner left the station? No, but I will.

Will she remember the time Goofy surprised her in the old lobby at Coronado Springs Resort? No, but I will.

Your kids may not remember every detail of the trip—but you will. You’ll have those moments, those memories, and that joy to hold onto forever… and hopefully a few photos to help remind you.
