Mike Antonson is American Board Certified in Orthotics. He brings orthotic and prosthetic experience to assist in the healing of injured animals. Each animal is individually evaluated and casted for the design of a custom brace or prosthesis. The device is fabricated using state of the art plastic and carbon fiber technology to specifically fit each individual animal.

You may not know that our family owns two small businesses. Mike and I (Sara) own Embrace Orthocare. Mike retired as a certified orthotist and spent 30+ years in the industry and we love being able to help injured animals get moving again. Our daughter, Andrea, and I own Inspiration Lately, a small business that creates custom and meaningful laser cut and engraved pieces. This is an instance where both of our small businesses crossed over. Meet two-year-old Black Lab, Lady Glitter Sparkles and her family. Lady Glitter Sparkles came to Embrace Orthocare with a partial torn CCL. We created a brace for her so she can walk, run, and “reign” 👑 again. However, we couldn’t let her go home without memorializing the occasion! That’s where the custom hand painted leash holder comes in! The leash holder has a matching brace and all!
